Application Of The Screen Printing Squeegee:

Soft screen printing squeegee (65 degrees) can be printed with thicker ink layer and higher covering rate. Hard squeegee (85 degrees) can be printed in a thin layer of ink, which is suitable for UV ink printing in extremely fine fonts and lines. Try to avoid the stencil and excessive pressure on the screen, this will lead to ink layer thick, difficult to control, excessive wear screen, so the right way is to make the ends of the stencil and screen edge with the proper distance, and then use the appropriate printing pressure.
